RETURNS

Here at Pink Dinero, we want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days after your package has been delivered to request a refund.

  • Please email thelastpinkunicorn.x@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
  • The item must reach us within 7 days of your email request. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
  • All returns MUST include a note of the order number (Packing Slip) inside so we know who and what item to refund. We CANNOT issue the refund without this.
  • All products must return unused and in the same packaging they arrived in.
  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid to.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned/exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
  • If you received a free item as part of an offer and want to return an item(s), you must also return the free item.
  • If you received free shipping, returning the items means you are no longer eligible for free delivery. The additional postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and original postage is non-refundable.
  • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return. They must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • Please ensure that the correct postage is used upon return.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange anything (unused) that you bought from us within 30 days for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item, while supplies last. Please follow the same guidelines as a return for your exchange.


  PLEASE NOTE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


FAULTY GOODS
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately via email thelastpinkunicorn.x@gmail.com - attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along!
